President Mahinda Rajapaksa, the current Commonwealth Chair-in-Office, welcomes Commonwealth Secretary-General Mr. Kamalesh Sharma at Temple Trees on Monday (Oct. 27, 2014). Sharma briefed Rajapaksa on the status and progress of projects on which the Government and the Commonwealth Secretariat are collaborating. Minister of External Affairs Prof. G.L.
