Former Health Minister and the Common Opposition Candidate of the 2015 Presidential Election, Maithripala Sirisena visited Venerable Maduluwawe Sobitha Thera at the Sri Naga Viharaya in Kotte on Sunday (23). Sirisena told reporters he would launch his campaign after visiting two more Buddhist shrines in the central and the north-central region of the island on Monday. (Pic by Sanjeewa Lasantha)
