Three member Judge Bench appointed to hear Fonseka’s petition

Chairman of Appeal Court has appointed a three judge bench to hear the petition filed by DNA Leader Sarath Fonseka seeking for an order allowing him to participate parliament meetings. The petition will be heard tomorrow, the Ada Derana Court Correspondent said.
A three member judge bench was appointed after the earlier two member judge bench appointed to hear the same petition gave a divided decision.
