‘White Flag’ to reconvene today

The high court case against former Army Chief Sarath Fonseka will be taken up once again today where the first witness Frederica Jansz will face further cross examinations by the defense counsel.


The case will be heard before a three-bench trial at bar headed by High Court Judge Deepali Wijesundara.


The publisher of the Sunday Leader newspaper, Lal Wickramatunga who is also a suspect in the case was ordered to be present at the hearing today (09 November).
