Court orders further detention for abetting terror

The Colombo Magistrate Court today gave an order to further remand four persons who aided and abetted terrorism during the war period in Colombo and the suburbs. The Magistrate ordered that the individuals be remanded until November 22.
The Terrorism Investigations Division told court that the accused had aided terror activities of the LTTE in the commercial hub of Sri Lanka including giving assistance to carry out bomb attacks.
