AUDIO: 186,893 affected by flooding, one dead - DMC

A total of 186,893 persons have being adversely affected by the flooding, Assistant Director of the Disaster Management Centre(DMC) Pradeep Kodippili told Ada Derana. He also said that there was one person was killed in Kegalle after he was struck by lightning during the heavy showers.
