9 needles removed from maid

Seven needles from the left hand and one from the left leg (a total of 9 needles) has successfully been extracted from the Sri Lankan woman, who had returned from Kuwait after serving as a maid, Kurunegala SSP Vass Gunawardena stated.
The operation to remove the needles was conducted at the Kurunegala Government Hospital, he added. The woman in question is said to have returned to Sri Lanka from Kuwait on the 08th of November.
