Young men and women who have appeared in pornographic videos have been given a one month time period to inform the police regarding the matter. Incidents have been reported where young males and females have been videoed by certain people in an illicit manner without their knowledge, Police Women and Child Bureau stated.

The Police request that those who have been the subject to such wrongdoing should immediately inform the nearest Women and Child Bureau office on the issue.

Legal action will be taken against those who have produced or recorded such videos while individuals who have appeared in pornographic movies but have not informed the police during the one month time period will also be arrested, a spokesperson to the Women and Child Bureau said.
