Lalith Weerathunga and Gamini Senarath re-appointed

Lalth Weerathunga has been re-appointed as Secretary to the President while Gamini Senarath has been re-appointed as President’s Chief of Staff, President’s Media reported.
With the end of Mahinda Rajapaksa’s first term as President these two posts, which were appointed by him, were considered vacant. Therefore due to the President officially swearing in for his second term these said posts had to be reappointed.
