When looking back at the country after the achieving of peace, one cannot be satisfied with where the country stands, Minister of Mass Media and Information Keheliya Rambukwella expressed while attending a function at Kundasale in Kandy.

When compared with the Asian region, many countries that have sought advice and have learnt lessons from Sri Lanka have surpassed us and are ahead, he pointed out.

The main reason for this is Sri Lankans being unfortunate and unable to be stakeholders of this country that hasn’t had a certainty about a tomorrow for almost 30 years, the Minister emphasized.
