Hearing on court-martial postponed

The hearing of the court case to decide whether the court-martial is a recognized court under the constitution of Sri Lanka has been postponed by the Supreme Court.
Due to Chief Justice Ashoka de Silva attending an official ceremony the court cannot proceed with the hearing today (December 06), Supreme Court Judge Justice Dr.Shirani Bandaranayake had stated when the case was called forth.
Therefore the trial was postponed till December 09 as proclaimed by the Supreme Court.
