Most fundamental rights petitions were against Police in 2010

According to the Supreme Court records, 669 fundamental rights petitions were filed for the year 2010 while the highest number of petitions was filed against the Police Department.
However, records also showed that the number of petitions which were filed last year were significantly less than in 2009 when 1010 cases were filed.
