10 complaints have been filed at the Supreme Court citing irregularities that have occurred in admitting children into popular schools. It has been reported that the complaints have been presented against four popular schools in the country.

A group of officials including the relevant school principals, the Zonal Education Directors and the Director of National Schools have been named as respondents in these.

The plaintiffs request that an order be issued stating that not including the children into the concerning schools, even though they have fulfilled the required qualifications, is a violation of fundamental rights.
