Open warrants for the arrest of six LTTE suspects living abroad

The Colombo Magistrates Court issued open warrants today (January 27) for the arrest of six key LTTE suspects living abroad through Interpol intervention.

 

The warrants were issued upon the request and evidence given by the Terrorist Investigations Department (TID) which revealed that the six suspects had fled Sri Lanka while the Magistrates Court also ordered the TID to submit a progress report to the courts on April 22.
