Govt. will restore all that was lost to the people of the North - Dallas

The President has promised to take measures to restore all that has been lost by the people in the North except for the lives of their children and the childhoods that cannot be given back, Youth Affairs Minister Dallas Alahapperuma stated.

 

Speaking at the Jaffna Technical College he further added that the government’s idea was that the past was not something to regret but something to learn from.

 

The Minister stated that education has always been a priority amongst the people of the North and that the government will do all in its power to provide them the necessary facilities, infrastructure and technology in this respect.
