New hotlines to report corruption in North and East

Several new hotline numbers have been introduced by the Media Center for National Security (MCNS) for the public to report incidents such as corruption, abductions and extortion taking place in North and South areas.


The center announced that the hotlines have been introduced so people can inform of such occurrences without delay in emergency situations.


Therefore the number for the Criminal Investigation Department’s Colombo operating room is 0112 422 176, for the KKS branch 011 3 188 824, for the Jaffna branch it is 021 222 83 55.
