Register school vans in WP before March 31 - NCPA

The National Child Protection Authority says that, all school vans operating within the Western Province have to be registered before the end of this month. After which the registration of school vans in the North Western Province will commence, the NCPA stated.
The Chairperson of the National Child Protection Authority, Anoma Dissanayake requested that school vans in the Western Province should register before March 31, and mentioned that an additional Rs.500 will be charged for the registration of school vans after that date.
A separate staff will have to be appointed to carry out that task, therefore, the extra amount is being charged, Mrs. Dissanayake pointed out.
