First batch of Sri Lankan nurses arrive in Kuwait

The first batch of 12 Nurses from Sri Lanka who have been selected to be recruited to the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health who arrived in Kuwait was met by Embassy officials at the airport along with officials of the Health Ministry of Kuwait.
In total 31 Nurses have been selected to be recruited to the Ministry of Health of Kuwait from Sri Lanka as an initial step and this is the first ever recruitment of nurses under the criteria. Arrangements have already been made for the rest of the batch to travel to Kuwait during this month, says the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Kuwait.
Mr. Sunil Premaratna, Charge d’Affaires of the Embassy and Dr. H.R.U. Indrasiri, Deputy Director General (ETR) of the Ministry of Health & Nutrition coordinated the recruitment process, added the Embassy.
