VIDEO: Lanka confident, victory for the sub-continent – Kumar

Sri Lanka is confident going into the finals of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 as it hopes to play as one unit and not as individuals, Lankan skipper Kumar Sangakkara said at a press conference in Mumbai a short while ago. He added that both India and Sri Lanka qualifying for the finals was a victory for the sub continent.

Regarding injured Muttiah Muralitharan and Angelo Mathews, the skipper added that a decision will be taken this evening.

Our Ada Derana reporter at the grounds in Mumbai confirmed that both Muralitharan and Mathews were present for the practise session this morning.
