Motorcycles collision leaves one dead, another injured

One person was killed while another was critically injured following an accident that occurred in the Kochchikade area along the Mirigama – Negombo main road. The fatal accident had occurred when two motorcycles had collided with one another, police informed.
The riders of both motorcycles were rushed to the Negombo Hospital following the collisions however one was presumed dead upon admittance.
The Kochchikade police are to commence investigation into the occurrence.
