Infant murdered in Pussellawa

A one-and-a-half month old infant was murdered by a group of men in the Pussellawa area in retaliation to an argument between the child’s father and the group, Police stated. The group had entered the man’s home last night following the disagreement and had murdered the child.
Three people have been taken into custody in connection with the murder and will be presented at the Nawalapitiya Magistrates Court today, the Police stated.
