VIDEO: Leaders violating party constitution

The process of selecting the UNP National Organizer was in complete violation of the party constitution, UNP Deputy Leader Sajith Premadasa stated today (May 4).
He stated that the appointment should have been made by the Working Committee before April 12 while he added at a previous press conference that Ranjith Madduma Bandara’s name was proposed for the position at the Working Committee meeting.
MP Premadasa stated that the Leaders of the party were violating the party constitution blatantly while he condemned the act.
