Three persons sentenced to death over murder of two youths

Three persons found guilty of hacking and killing two youths in Colombo in 2002 were given the death penalty by the Colombo High Courts after an extensive hearing.
Colombo High Court Judge Bandula Atapattu gave the sentence after the Attorney General put forward a case against the three suspects who had killed two youths in Mattakkuliya with machetes on February 25, 2002.
