GL leaves to India to discuss Darusman report

External Affairs Minister Prof. G.L. Peiris will leave to India today (May 16) on an official visit to brief authorities on the controversial Darusman report, the Ministry of External Affairs announced.
The Minister intends on explaining the Sri Lankan government’s stand on the UN report while discussing several bilateral issues between the two Nations. He will meet with several governmental figures including the Indian Foreign Minister S.M. Krishna.
