Lankan drowns in swimming pool in Saudi

A Sri Lankan national drowned in a swimming pool of a hotel in Al-Ula on Tuesday night. The security authorities opened an investigation into the circumstances of the incident after receiving a report that a worker had drowned.

 

Divers recovered the body and took it to the general hospital. Police investigations are underway, according to Maj. Khaled Al-Jihani, spokesman for Al-Ula Police.  (Okaz/Saudi Gazette)
