Indian delegation meets with TNA

The Indian delegation that arrived in Sri Lanka yesterday on a two-day visit met with the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) this afternoon to hold talk regarding three key issues concerning the Tamil community in the country.

 

The talks went on for an hour and a half at the Indian High Commission where the issues of the Tamil community especially in the North and East were highlighted, TNA MP M. Sumandiran stated.

 

The issues of land and property, the basic needs of the Tamil community and finding a political solution for the Tamil people were discussed at length during the meeting.
