Municipal Councilor suspected of murder held

A member of the Negombo Municipal Council has been arrested under suspicion of the murder of a 41-year-old businessman, who was stabbed to death at a restaurant Friday (June 10).
Investigation are currently underway to apprehend nine (9) other suspects involved in the murder, which police suspect was the result of a personnel spat.
