Six arrested for sale of forged vehicle documents

Six suspects were arrested by the Police Fraud Investigation Bureau (FIB) in connection with the sale of forged documentation for motor vehicles.

 

Among the six arrested was an official in charge of the Department of Motor Traffic archives who allegedly supplied the racketeers with information and documents concerned with the department.

 

The racketeers were involved in providing false license plates and registration documents to many areas in the country.

 

The arrests were made on information provided to the FIB while the police also seized two vehicles which had falsified documents.
