I was obstructed by a Minister - Muthuhettigama

Galle District UPFA Member of Parliament Nishantha Muthuhettigama today claimed that his parliamentary privileges were violated when another Government Minister’s convoy had obstructed his on his way to parliament.

 

Muthuhettigama in parliament claimed that this should not happen and stated that the obstruction caused his to arrive 15 minutes late to the parliament.
