Upali Darmadasa new SLC Interim Committee Chairman

Upali Darmadasa to be appointed as the new Chairman of the Sri Lanka Cricket Interim Committee, confidential sources told Ada Derana a short while ago. The new Interim Committee will be appointed tomorrow.
On June 22, Sports Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage told Ada Derana that he was ‘positively considering a change of administration and an election of office bearers at Sri Lanka Cricket after the current tour of England’. He added that after the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 most of the Sri Lanka Cricket Interim Committee members have shown interest to step down.
