Hemasiri Fernando appointed VP of Asian Olympic Council

Hemasiri Fernando appointed Vice President of the Asian Olympic Council during its Annual General Meeting held in Tokyo, Japan a short while ago. He was elected uncontested to the post, sources told Ada Derana.

Hemasiri Fernando is also the current Vice President of Commonwealth Games Federation, Chairman of the National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka.
