HP Personal Systems group launches HP ‘E Club Loyalty’ Program

Technology giant Hewlett-Packard extended its Everybody On campaign with a New customer loyalty program to enhance service delivery standards. The program launched by HP Sri Lanka Personal Systems Group provides a new dimension in customer service and support. This one of kind program enables existing HP users and potential new users to experience world class HP service island wide. Customers can enjoy the assurance that they have purchased genuine HP notebooks & will be eligible for future promotions and rebates.

 

 

With E Club membership HP intends to expand their relationship through identifying and pursuing new opportunities in consumer & business notebook markets. The program will help to exchange ideas with respective segments and proactively to succeed in today’s dynamic environment.

 

 

HP promises a distinctive and reliable notebook experience with an exclusive after sale support service for all notebook users in Sri Lanka. This program strives to enrich value proposition and add value to all HP Notebooks. HP is very confident that customers will be benefitted through this program by purchasing good quality products at competitive prices.

HP will guarantee that customers receive brand new products and accessories, backed by local and international warranty when they purchase from authorized dealers. HP said the program aims to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering a consistent, reliable customer experience.

 

 

Once customers purchase any product from the HP consumer notebook or commercial notebook range from authorized HP dealers, they can register the product online at www.hp.lk  and become a member of the HP E CLUB. Customers will receive a loyalty card and this will be passport for superior HP support island wide. Subsequently the HP E Club loyalty  program will be extended to desktop computers as well E Club customers will be given priority status when it comes to service at all HP service centers. Furthermore they can receive extended warranty at a concessionary rate and receive all promotions and bundle offers from the HP Personal Systems Group on a priority basis. Customers will also be the first to know of all HP events and product launches and receive exclusive invitations to these activities.
