UNP LG members take oaths today

United National Party (UNP) representatives elected in the recently concluded Local Government election are scheduled to take oaths at party headquarters Sirikotha today (August 5) before UNP Leader Ranil Wickramasinghe.

A total of 134 elected Local Government members will take oaths today and afterwards they will pledge to refrain from any form of corruption, party General Secretary Tissa Attanayake said.
