Water supply to be restored after 18 hours

The water supply to Rukmalgama, Mattegoda, Pelenwatta, Kesbewa and Piliyandala areas will be fully restored after 18 hours, the Water Board informed. The water supply had been interrupted after a main pipeline near Kottawa had been damaged earlier today.

The National Water Supply & Drainage Board says water will be supplied after 18 hours from 1pm today (August 6).
