Nearly 5000 buses operating daily - Transport Minister

Around 4800 to 5000 buses out of a total 8,063 buses operate daily from 120 Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) bus depots around the island, Transport Minister Kumara Welgama stated today (August 11) in Parliament.
The Minister stated this is reply to a question raised by UNP MP Buddhika Pathirana.
