95 arrested in Navaththurai released on bail

The 95 individuals arrested in Navaththurai for violent behavior have been released on bail by the Jaffna District Court. The persons were ordered released on cash bail and personal bail of Rs.5,000 each.
The groups, residents of Navaththurai, were arrested following a tense situation in the area over an incident related to the ‘Grease Devil’.
They were however instructed to appear before the Jaffna District court on October 06.
