Slum dwellers will not lose their homes - Moragoda

Slum dwellers will not be evicted from their homes in Colombo but instead a special housing project will be implemented to keep them in the city, UPFA Mayoral Candidate Milinda Moragoda stated.

 

Speaking at a press conference in Colombo today (September 1), he stated that the government was looking to develop the city and not create unnecessary problems for the people.

 

UPFA General Secretary, Susil Premajayantha was also present at the conference.
