Asia Asset Finance opens in Batticaloa

Asia Asset Finance Limited recently opened their 9thbranch in the city of the singing fish, Batticaloa. The branch is situated at 599 E, Trincomalee Road, Batticaloa in a spacious building with ample parking facilities.

 

The branch was ceremonially declared open by the Chief Guest, Asia Asset Finance Chairman and Prominent Banker Mr Daya Muthukumarana in the midst of a large gathering of senior management of the company, well wishers and customers including Mr Sundharam Arumainayagam, Government Agent Batticaloa who was the Guest of Honour.

 

Speaking about the rationale behind this opening the CEO of Asia Asset Finance Mr. Rajiv Gunawardena said, “Batticaloa has a rich history and people with great knowledge and experience in their respective fields which we believe will pave the way for economic and livelihood development. We believe our presence in Batticoloa will provide the opportunity to obtain necessary financial support through our products and services, which includes Agricultural loans, TW Leases, SME Loans, Corporate Loans, Fixed deposits etc.”

 

Asia Asset Finance Limited a Registered Finance Company (RFC) was founded in 1970, and was formerly known as “Finance and Land Sales.” Following the company being fully acquired and re-structured by Asia Capital PLC in 2004, the company was rebranded as Asia Asset Finance Limited. The company currently operates with branches spread across the Western Province including Negombo, Kalutara, Gampaha and outstation branches at Jaffna, Galle, Kurunegala and Wennappuwa with its head office being based in Colombo.
