Angulana murder convict makes appeal for his release

One of the convicted murderers who was sentenced to death for his involvement the Angula double homicide case has pleaded his innocence and appealed to the Supreme Court to release him.

 

He has named the Attorney General as the chief respondent in his appeal stating that the information that he had presented prior to the sentencing had not been considered thoroughly by the court.

 

He stated that due to this he had been unfairly punished and requested that he be cleared of all charges and released from prison.
