Lanka Newspapers MD arrested

Managing Director of Lanka Newspapers, Venura Herath and another employee, Janaka Mahendra have been arrested in connection to an assault incident, Police said today (23).
Meanwhile another individual, charged with theft, has also been arrested over a complaint lodged by Venura Herath himself. Mr.Herath had claimed that the individual had stolen a large sum of money.
