Govt. preparing to buyout UNP candidates

The main objective of the government in the upcoming election has been to buyout candidates of the United National Party, accuses UNP General Secretary Tissa Attanayake.
 

He pointed out that the reason the government has resorted to such actions is due to the public discontent over the government. 


Speaking during a press briefing held today (Sep. 27) the Parliamentarian claimed information has been received that the government is planning a conspiracy to buyout a group of UNP candidates within next week by providing them with posts and money.
