21 schools closed for O/L paper marking

Twenty-one schools selected as evaluation centers will be closed from January 23 to 29 for the second stage of G.C.E. Ordinary Level examinations paper marking, the Ministry of Education said today.

The schools which will be closed are:

Isipathana College, Colombo
Ramanathan Hindu Ladies College, Colombo
Kalutara Balika Vidyalaya
Yakkala Anura Maha Vidyalaya
Hali Ela Madya Maha Vidyalaya
Ananda Maha Vidyalaya, Kithulampitiya
Shariputhra Maha Vidyalaya, Matara
Maliyadeva Balika Vidyalaya, Kurunegala
Maliyadeva Model College
Saranath Maha Vidyalaya, Kuliyapitiya
Kegalle Maha Vidyalaya
Iriyagama Pushpadana Maha Vidyalaya, Peradeniya
St. Anthony’s Balika Vidyalaya, Kandy
St. John Bosco’s College, Hatton
Anuradhapura Madya Maha Vidyalaya
St. Cecilia’s Balika, Batticaloa
Sivaprakash Ladies College, Vavuniya
Jaffna Hindu Ladies College
Sri Shanmuga Hindu Ladies College, Trincomalee
Carmel Fatima Girls College, Kalmunai
Nelliady Central College
