VIDEO: 1 dead, 17 injured after lorry crashes into bus

A speeding lorry lost control and collided with a parked bus killing one person and injuring another 17 in the Rajanganaya area on the Anuradhapura-Puttalam main road this morning.
A 64-year-old man inside the bus, transporting pilgrims from Bandaragama, was killed in the accident while 15 other passengers were wounded.
They have been admitted to the Anuradhapura and Nochchiyagama hospitals along with the driver and assistant of the lorry.
Rajanganaya Police is conducting further investigations into the incident.
