Kerala ganja seized in Negombo

The police Special Task Force (STF) have seized five kilograms of Kerala ganja and nabbed one individual in Patuwapitiya area in Negombo.
Team attached to the STF camp in Gonaghena carried out the raid following a tip-off they received, today morning.
The estimated street value of the seized cannabis is approximately Rs. 90, 000, according to police.
The suspect has been handed over to the Negombo Police station for further legal measures. He will be produced in the Negombo Magistrate’s Court, tomorrow.
