Court summons Colombo South DIG

The Colombo High Court today issued notices to the DIG of Colombo South to appear in the court on 29 September.
High Court Judge Irangani Perera issued the notice after the court was informed that the Maharagama police have failed to produce a document containing the details of evidences of accuses, whose pending court trials are handled by it.
The case will be taken up for hearing on 29 September.
