Teenage girl’s body found in a field

The body of a teenage girl who had died under suspicious circumstances has been found in a field in Hindurangala, Eheliyagoda.
Eheliyagoda Police have launched an investigation into the death after the discovery was made based on information received.
The deceased has been identified as a 17-year-old resident of Kiriella in Hindurangala.
The postmortem examination on the body is to be performed today.
