Twenty-one injured after lorry, bus collide

At least 21 persons have been hospitalised following a traffic collision involving a lorry and a bus in Dombagahawela, Siyambalanduwa.

A lorry traveling from Badulla to Ampara had collided with a bus traveling in the opposite direction, police said.

Twenty-one passengers of the bus were admitted to the Monaragala Hospital following the accident.

The driver of the lorry has been arrested while Siyambalanduwa Police is conducting an investigation.
