60-year-old stabbed to death in Wellawa

A person has been stabbed to death with a sharp object in the Kalugalla area in Wellawa.
Police said that a 60-year-old man from Puthuhera was killed in the stabbing which occurred last night.
A suspect has been arrested in connection with the murder and he is to be produced before the Kurunegala Magistrate’s Court today.
