Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe was among the speakers at the panel session on “Asia’s Geopolitical Outlook” at the World Economic Forum on ASEAN (WEF ASEAN) 2018 in Hanoi on September 13. He was joined by Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Phạm Bình Minh, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Korea Kang Kyung-Wha, Japan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Taro Kono and Lynn Kuok from the Singaporean International Institute for Strategic Studies.
