Decision to be made against absent SLFPers - Dissanayake

May 2, 2016   02:08 pm

A decision will be taken on the steps to be taken against the SLFP members who did not attend the party’s May Day rally held in Galle, Minister Duminda Dissanayake says.

“This will be further discussed when we call the next Central Committee meeting,” Dissanayake added.

Large crowds flocked to Galle by Sunday afternoon to show their firm support for the President’s Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP). However, a separate rally was too organized by the former President in Kirulapone representing the Joint Opposition.
